Was so happy when I saw this chair for my 1 yr old son that I ordered it for him for xmas. My daughter who is 5yrs old has a similar chair like this but its a Dora chair and it has lasted all these years. The zipper on the elmo chair is broke and i can not get it to work, so the botton of the chair is flapping off. Not too happy with this now and he hasnt even had a chance to sit in it too much!

"Santa" bought this for my now 18-month-old daughter for CHristmas and she doesn't go anywhere in our house without it. She carries it from the living room to her bedroom back and forth so she always has it with her to sit in it. Construction-wise it's kinda cheap. It's just specially-shaped foam in a specially-shaped zipper case. You're paying for the Sesame Street name and Elmo's face, which honestly is the best thing about it.

10 years ago I purchased a similar chair from Walgreens. Its seems the chair from Walgreens was much sturdier. My 1 year old son still loves it, but the back of the chair bends easy. I put it up against the couch and that seems to help. Either way he is a boy and will flip it over and sit upside down to be silly.

My son loves this little chair. The only issue is that if he leans back too hard, the chair tips backwards. He loves this and thinks it's fun, but not all people may find this "feature" a positive.
