Not only does this sleek, highly-polished wine chiller from Nambé look modern and sophisticated with its angled top, it really does keep wine chilled. The heavy, thick metal is excellent at retaining cold (or heat, if necessary), and can be placed in the freezer or fridge before use to get thoroughly cold. The oven-safe, durable metal will not crack, chip, or tarnish, but may not be used in a microwave or cleaned in a dishwasher. The wine chiller measures seven inches in height. Nambé was founded in 1951 in a village of the same name in scenic northern New Mexico. From the beginning, the company focused on hand-producing high-quality, functional items such as metal bowls and trays with great attention to timeless, modern design.
